How do the courses work? Do I have to attend a class?
Our courses are all online. They are self paced so you learn as you go through E-books with step-by-step instructions, images, videos and GIFS. You can also live chat to our experts 9am-9pm daily.
What is the difference between the industry courses and the Diploma?
Our industry-specific courses are just that - industry specific. They give examples, ideas and training suited for 11 different industries. For example, if you run a hair salon you would want to do the Beauty course. You sign up for a monthly subscription. More info on the pricing page.
With the Diploma of Social Media you’ll become qualified in social media. We recommend it for people looking to take the lead in their organisation, get noticed in the job market or propel their careers. It teaches you everything you need to know about social media for business, just without the industry specific examples. You purchase as a one-off payment and have 3 months to complete it
How many months do I subscribe for?
As many as you like! The courses are self-paced, so you can go through them as fast as you like and cancel whenever you feel like you're done.

How do I sign up for a course?
If you haven't already created an account you'll need to do that first by clicking the orange SIGN UP button at the top of this page. Once you're signed in you can navigate to the course you'd like to start and enter your details at the bottom of the page.
How does the free trial work?
Anyone who signs up to a Start Social course (excluding the Diploma) will get a 7-day free trial. You get full access to the course you choose which helps you to get a feel for the content. You can cancel at anytime and you won't be charged until the end of the 7 days.
